Description
Canela Media distributes Spanish-language content. Its media pipeline receives each rightsholder's source file, produces the mezzanine and proxy, and delivers the content to QuickPlay and Brightcove for its customers.
Role
At intive, my team owns the pipeline end to end: architecture, development, infrastructure with Terraform on AWS, and CI/CD with GitHub Actions.
Results
- An automated flow from file intake to publishing on every platform.
- A Vionlabs integration that extracts metadata and ad breaks from proxies, speeding up the content team's work.
